TERMS OF SALE: Deposit Required $5,000 by Cash or Cashiers Check Only. 10% Buyers Premium. Balance of purchase price, to be paid at settlement by Cash or Cashier’s Check. Settlement is expected to occur no later than 45 days of the date of auction. Time Is Of The Essence.
