By submitting this form, you agree to the requirements for Broker Participation.

  1. Register his/her principal by mail or e-mail with Advantage Real Estate at least 24hr.s prior to auction sale.
  2. Broker must attend and register with the prospect at the auction and bid for or with the buyer during auction.
  3. Broker's commission of (As advertised), before the inclusion of said Buyer's Premium. Commission will be paid only upon final closing and when the property has been settled.
  4. No commission will be paid to any Broker who is a partner, stockholder, principal or heir, or purchasing the property.
No commission will be paid to any Broker representing any heir of the said property. There can be no exceptions to this procedure and no oral registrations will be accepted.
No commission will be paid to Broker whose client becomes a secondary buyer not purchasing the day of sale.
